
The Rustic Leaf Bistro is owned and operated by Josh and Danielle Enright, former owners of the Award Winning Seedling Café in Downtown Nashua for five years.
Josh received training at CR Sparks and Marriott before opening the Seedling Café in Nashua. He has been in the industry for almost 20 years and truly understands food. His love for local, seasonal food, creative cuisine, and imaginative wrap creations, has earned the Seedling numerous awards in these past five years. Josh had always wanted to make the transition to dinners, and this new opportunity gives him the chance to do this. “I will always cherish my time at the Seedling and in the City of Nashua. I hope that many of our customers will continue to support us.”
The young couple was raised in Milford, attended school here, got married here, and now moved back to start this new venture in a historic building in a wonderful town. Josh’s love for food and Danielle’s love for gardening make this new Bistro a perfect match. The couple supports local organic farms and sustainable resources. They use local bread The Good Loaf, organic local coffee AE Roastery, and NH made organic ice cream Walpole Creamery.
We change our menu every season to use the freshest ingredients around. We also use produce from local farmers, our own gardens in all of our dishes. The menu is totally driven by the farms, and what they have at the peak season.
Our motto is from “Seed to Plate” and, we are proud to support this in all our dishes. We care about the environment and do everything we can to protect it for our son, and his children. We are proud to raise our new son, Joshua in the great community that we grew up in.
The Seedling we started in Nashua has grown to the new Rustic Leaf in Milford. It truly is from “Seed to Table”. We hope that we will continue to provide you and your family, exceptional service, innovative cuisine you will savor, in a comfortable, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere.
