<blockquote><p>The old red caboose that is part of the property will once again take diners on a culinary journey — not to France, but this time much closer. Josh and Danielle, who could be the poster couple for the buy local movement, plan to provide the same healthy style of cooking using free range and mostly locally sourced organic produce. Lunch will offer a few of the Seedling favorite wraps and a full range of salads, including one with baby spinach, fresh avocado, roasted corn, grape tomatoes, free-range eggs and gorgonzola cheese with a poached apple dressing.</p>
<p>But dinner is where Josh has been longing to go. This route will enable Josh to use his creative juices in a nighttime venue. It just wasn’t possible to really cook at the Seedling — the kitchen only had an electric stove.</p></blockquote>

We are furiously going through our final checklist making sure everything is perfect for our opening in a couple weeks. All of our inspections went fine and right now we are waiting for final deliveries of our furniture and our plates. In addition, we have a new sign that is scheduled to be installed out front and a terrific mural that is taking shape on our awnings.</p>
<p>As far as the menu, we are putting the finishing touches on them and you can look forward to delicious wraps, sandwiches, soups and salads. And we&#8217;re excited to be building our dinner menu which will have a variety of dishes using the freshest ingredients local farmers can provide. We will also be offering a nutrition conscious catering menu to accompany all of our dishes that are available for takeout.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re also excited to be bringing back the popular ice cream stand this spring!</p>
